When blending and mixing oils make sure to roll the bottle really well between your hands to thoroughly blend the oils together, turn the bottle upside down, then turn upright and give it another roll between your hands.

To mix a massage blend: if you are using more than one essential oil, mix those together first then add to the base oil. As hand size is relative to body size, the amount of oil when poured into the cupped hand will be sufficient for a body massage. A little goes a very long way. A 30ml base oil to 30 drops of essential oil is a good amount to make up.

Restful and relaxing essential oils: Bergamot, Lavender, Geranium, Clary sage, Chamomile Roman, Lemon, Neroli, Petitgrain, Rosewood, Sandalwood. Mix up a synergistic mix of 30 drops of essential oils. Use as preferred: massage, bath/shower, room spray, radiator, oil burner.
